Entry Level Z490 Motherboards
If you are on a limited budget, then you can choose from the entry-level Z490 motherboards mentioned below. These motherboards are best suited for non-OC or a mid-range range Intel 10th Gen processor. You can perform some amount of overclocking on these boards but nothing serious.
The best entry-level Z490 motherboards are the ASUS PRIME Z490-P and MSI Z490-A PRO. The models that you should totally avoid are the ASRock Z490 Pro4 and ASRock Z490 Phantom Gaming 4.
Micro-ATX Z490 Motherboards

Important Note: Z490 motherboards from almost all brands except Asus run on unlimited TDP setting on default (with MCE enabled), beyond the Intel specifications. It leads to higher CPU temperatures and may lead to throttling when your CPU cooler is not able to contain the excess heat generated by the CPU.

Z490 motherboards do not bring anything special to the table compared to the Z390 ones, but the unfortunate thing is that you cannot use a 10th Intel processor with a Z390 motherboard because of the new LGA 1200 socket. There are various models of Z490 motherboards available from different board manufacturers. The boards at the top of the table are on the expensive side and offer more features. In contrast, the budget ones are only suitable for a budget to mid-range 10th generation processors and do not have that much of overclocking capabilities.
If you are looking for the best bang for your buck, then you should go with the budget and mid-range Z490 boards. For enthusiasts and extreme overclockers, high-end boards make more sense, and if you want the best of the best and do not want to make any compromises, then go with the top-of-the-line flagship Z490 boards. In my PC build im going to be putting an Intel core i7 10700k Processor and A MSI Z490 Gaming Plus motherboard and for the cooler it will be RAIDMAX TORNADO LC240 240MM ARGB LIQUID COOLER and for the RAM it will be CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 16GB (2X8GB) DDR4 3600MHZ C18 MEMORY KIT and for the HDD it will be WD BLUE 2TB DESKTOP HARD DISK DRIVE – 5400 RPM SATA 6GB/S 64MB CACHE 3.5 INCH and for the SSD it will be CORSAIR FORCE SERIES MP510 240GB M.2 NVME SSD and for the power supply it will be CORSAIR RM750 – 750 WATT 80 PLUS GOLD CERTIFIED FULLY MODULAR POWER SUPPLY and for the computer case it will be RAIDMAX X627 MID-TOWER GAMING CASE and the graphics card is GIGABYTE GEFORCE RTX 3060TI GAMING OC 8GB GDDR6 GRAPHICS CARD. I want to know if this is a good build and whether i can come down on the parts cause its too expensive right now. Looks like a pretty good build. For the hard drive, Seagate Barracuda 2TB is a better choice because it is a 7200 RPM HDD.
