GeForce GTX 1660 Ti is a budget mid-range graphics card from Nvidia based on the latest Turing GPU architecture. This is the first Turing based graphics card that lacks RT cores and Tensor cores, which are present in the RTX 20 series cards. This implies that the card does not support Real Time Ray Tracing and DLSS in supported games, but we all know that these features are just useless in the current day and age, and are supported by a couple of games only and that too are not fully optimized yet. Also, Real Time Ray Tracing is too taxing on the GPU, and even top-of-the-line RTX GPUs struggle to maintain 60+ average FPS at 1080p resolution when it is turned ON. So, it is completely useless to have it on mid-range Turing GPUs like GTX 1660 Ti.
GTX 1660 Ti is a GTX 16 series card that is aimed to replace the good old GTX 1060 graphics card based on Pascal GPU architecture. However, it is much faster than GTX 1060 (~40% faster), and its performance is comparable to or even slightly better than GTX 1070, which is one segment above GTX 1060, and was a high-end graphics card in its days. GTX 1660 Ti comes with 1536 CUDA Cores and 6GB GDDR6 memory @12000 MHz having 192-bit interface. The card is built on Nvidia Turing GPU architecture having 12nm FinFET manufacturing process. The card uses a completely new GPU chip, which is TU116, and it has no correlation with the ones used in RTX cards.
This is a VR Ready card, and supports API and features such DirectX12, OpenGL 4.5, Vulkan, G-Sync, Nvidia Ansel, and Nvidia GPU Boost. On this card, you can play all the latest AAA games on Ultra graphics settings at 1080p and 1440p resolution with 60+ FPS on average. It can easily run popular games like Fortnite, PUBG, and Apex Legends at 100 FPS or more at 1080p. The card is available from different graphics card manufacturers in different form factors, budgets, and different custom coolers and overclocking potential. So, here I am going to list down the best GTX 1660 Ti cards based on different factors for your specific requirements or needs.

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 Ti OC 6G
[Dual Fans, Dual Slot Design, Silent]
If you are looking for a budget GTX 1660 Ti with dual fans then Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 Ti OC 6G fits the bill perfectly. This is an OC edition card with a GPU Clock speed of 1800 MHz, which is 30MHz faster than the reference card. Moreover, you can also overclock this card further because it has a better cooler. For overclocking, you can download and use the Gigabyte AORUS Engine utility. In terms of cooling, the card comes with WINDFORCE 2X Cooling System with alternate spinning fans. The heatsink consists of copper heatpipes that have direct contact with the GPU for faster heat transfer and dissipation. The dual 90mm fans have a unique blade design with a 3D stripe curve for enhancing the airflow. The fans spin in the opposite direction to reduce turbulence and enhance the airflow pressure. Also, these 3D Active Fans provide semi-passive cooling as under low loads or during idle, fans remain turned OFF making the card completely silent in operation.
The card also has a metal backplate that provides its protection, and rigidity and prevents it from bending. This is a dual-slot card, which means that only two slots will be occupied on the motherboard and PC case. On the power consumption front, it requires one 8-pin PCIe connector and consumes 120W of power. The card has a 4+2 power phase design that allows for good stability during overclocking. The recommended PSU for this card is 450W, which is quite reasonable for such a powerful card. On the rear end of the card, you will get three DisplayPorts and one HDMI port for connectivity. Overall, it is one of the best GTX 1660 Ti cards for the money that has got almost everything you need, except for RGB lighting.

MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti GAMING X 6G
[Highly Overclocked, RGB Lighting, Looks Stunning]
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti GAMING X 6G is unarguably the best dual GTX 1660 Ti card that you can get for your gaming build. This is a highly overclocked card with a GPU Boost clock speed of 1875 MHz, and it comes with lots of features and is pretty quiet too. The card also looks great and comes with fancy RGB lighting that you can control and sync with MSI Mystic Sync RGB software. For cooling, the card employs TWIN FROZR 7 thermal design that consists of a heatsink with copper heat pipes and dual fans (TORX Fan 3.0) having dispersion and traditional fan blades design for providing both high airflow and static pressure for ultimate cooling performance.
With its Zero Frozr technology, the card remains completely silent with fans turned off whenever the temperature is under 60°C during idle, multimedia, or light gaming, but when it crosses this threshold value during high load and intense gaming, fans start automatically to bring down the temperature under control. The card also gets a brushed metal backplate to provide rigidity to the card. The RGB LED bars on the border of the shroud look amazing and they really add extra attraction to this card. This card has a dual-slot design, but the shroud does hang a little bit and may intrude with the expansion card in the third PCI-E slot. The card requires an 8-pin power connector, has 130W of power consumption, and needs a 500W PSU for its working. The display connectivity options include three DisplayPort and one HDMI port. You may overclock this card further using MSI Afterburner overclocking utility.

ZOTAC GAMING GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB GDDR6
[Dual Fan Compact Card, 173mm Length]
If you are looking for a compact GTX 1660 Ti card with Dual Fans then ZOTAC GAMING GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB GDDR6 is the one for you. This is a non-overclocked card that runs on stock frequencies of reference GTX 1660 Ti, but you can overclock this card further to higher speeds using Zotac FireStorm Utility because the card comes with a better cooling unit. The card is only 173.4mm long can fit in almost all the mini-ITX and SFF PC cases (excluding low-profile cases).
For cooling, the card comes with dual fans with a heatsink with heatpipes. A very interesting thing about this cooler is that it has Dual Offset fans, in which one fan is a relatively smaller fan than the other one. This setup of fans allows for optimized Static Pressure and Airflow. This is a dual-slot card and is also one of the best budget GTX 1660 Ti cards too because it sells at the original MSRP that is specified by Nvidia for reference GTX 1660 Ti. The card does require one 8-pin PCIe connector for power and a good 450W PSU for its working. At the rear end of the card, you will get three DisplayPort and one HDMI port for display connectivity. Highly Recommended by me.

Gigabyte AORUS GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6G
[6+2 Power Phases, RGB LED, Triple Fan]
Gigabyte AORUS GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6G is a highly overclocked and one of the fastest GTX 1660 Ti cards around. This card is built for extreme overclocking and has got 6+2 Power Phases for extra stability during overclocking. It has got GPU Boost Clock of 1890 MHz, which is 120 MHz more than the reference GTX 1660 Ti card. The card uses WINDFORCE 3X Cooling System that employs a large heatsink with copper heatpipes having direct contact with GPU and triple fans with a unique blade design. These are alternate spinning fans in which the middle fan spins in the opposite direction to others for reducing air turbulence, and enhancesthe airflow pressure. This also results in smoother airflow and better heat dissipation.
The fan also features RGB lighting on the sides and a metal backplate. The RGB LED lighting can be customized and synced using the Gigabyte RGB Fusion software. This is a dual-slot card but is a bit longer at 280mm, so have to make sure in advance that you have enough clearance for it in your case. Despite such heavy overclocking and triple fans, the card still requires only a single 8-pin PCIe power connector and a 450W PSU for its working. Display connectivity options at the rear include three DisplayPort and one HDMI port.

Which one is better Gpu(Rx5808gb vs 1660ti6gb) for video editing (Premiere pro ,after effects)
The answer is GTX 1660 Ti. This is because GTX 1660 Ti is faster than RX 580, and also Adobe products (Premiere pro ,after effects, Photoshop) work better with Nvidia cards because of the CUDA support.
