Thermaltake Water 3.0 Riing RGB 240 is a popular AIO Liquid CPU Cooler that comes with 240mm Radiator and dual 120mm RGB LED Ring Static Pressure Fans. The pump lacks RGB Lighting which does not make it a proper RGB Cooler but it still looks great and has a good overall performance. It is compatible with almost all the latest Intel and AMD Sockets including the AM4 Socket and LGA 2066 Socket.

The RGB lighting and effects can only be controlled by the RGB controller which can be used to control the fan speed too. It does not support RGB Software which I think is a downside of this CPU Liquid cooler.
