If you are looking for a powerful budget graphics card then the GTX 1650 SUPER is certainly a perfect choice. The card is placed between the GTX 1650 and GTX 1660 in the GeForce 16 series lineup that is based on the Turing GPU architecture. The card comes with 1280 CUDA Cores which is 384 CUDA Cores more than in GTX 1650. The card also has superior memory and comes with 4GB GDDR6 (128-bit) memory that runs at 12Gbps, while GTX 1650 has only 4GB GDDR5 128-bit memory that runs at 8Gbps only. Also, the card includes the latest Turing NVIDIA Encoder (NVENC) against the Volta NVENC in GTX 1650. GTX 1650 SUPER is about 50% faster than the GTX 1650 and it costs only a little extra over it and that makes it one of the best value cards for mainstream gamers.
GTX 1650 SUPER offers performance similar to the Radeon RX 580 (or even RX 590) with much lower power consumption. In some games, it remains ahead of the RX 580 while in a few games it does stand a little behind it. Moreover, the card beats the GTX 1060 6GB by a small margin and comes close to the GTX 1660 level of performance. On GTX 1650 SUPER, you can play most of the AAA games on ultra-graphics settings with 60 FPS on average. The card is also quite low on power consumption (@100W) and requires a 350W PSU and a 6-pin PCIe connector for its working. GTX 1650 SUPER Card is available from different graphics card manufacturers in different form factors, pricing, and coolers and some of them offer additional fancy features such as RGB lighting and extra output ports. So, here I am going to list down the top GTX 1650 SUPER Cards based on these different parameters to suit your specific requirements.

Best GTX 1650 SUPER
MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER GAMING X
[Super Silent, Good Looks, More Output Ports, Semi-passive Cooling]
If you are in search of the best GTX 1650 SUPER card then it is definitely MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER GAMING X. This card has got it all, whether it is in performance, quietness, or in the looks department. It is an OC edition card that comes with a GPU Boost clock speed of 1755 MHz, which is only 30 MHz higher than the reference. However, because of a better cooler, you can overclock this card further and gain more performance from it. The card uses MSI TWIN FROZR Thermal Design that comprises a heatsink with a large number of aluminum fins, three copper heatpipes, a copper baseplate for GPU, and dual 85mm TORX 3.0 fans having dispersion and traditional fan blade design for delivering both high airflow and static pressure for better cooling performance.
The Zero Frozr technology on this card provides semi-passive cooling, where fans stop spinning under low GPU temperature (under 60°C) during idle or light gaming and when the temperature crosses this 60°C temperature threshold value during intense gaming or running high GPU workloads, they start automatically to keep the card cool. The fans on this card are super silent, even during high loads and they are virtually inaudible. The card requires a 6-pin PCIe power connector and offers more and better connectivity options compared to other GTX 1650 SUPER cards that include three DisplayPort and one HDMI port.

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER WINDFORCE OC 4G
If you are looking for a budget GTX 1650 SUPER card that is good in all departments and offers great value then Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER WINDFORCE OC 4G is one of the best options out there in the market. The card is overclocked slightly and has a GPU Boost clock speed of 1755 MHz which is 30 MHz higher than of reference card. For cooling, it uses the Gigabyte’s WINDFORCE 2X Cooling System which comprises a fairly large heatsink with a single copper heatpipe that has direct contact with the GPU. The dual 90mm fans have a unique blade design for enhancing airflow and they spin in opposite directions (alternate spinning fans) to reduce air turbulence to ensure smoother airflow for better heat dissipation. Moreover, the 3D Active Fan feature on this card provides semi-passive cooling where the fans remain off during idle and low GPU loads for completely silent operation, and when the load and the temperature of the card increase, they start automatically to cool down the card’s main components.
The card has a plastic backplate that protects the PCB and gives it a decent amount of strength. It is a good-looking card and has got a proper dual-slot design. It requires a single 6-pin PCIe power connector and 350W PSU for its working. Display outputs include a single DisplayPort, HDMI, and DVI port. You can adjust, tweak, overclock and monitor the various parameters or settings of the card using the Gigabyte AORUS ENGINE software that can be downloaded for free from Gigabyte’s official website. Most Overclocked GTX 1650 SUPER
ASUS ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER OC Edition
[Semi-passive Cooling, RGB Lighting, Dual BIOS, Two DP & HDMI Port]
The most overclocked GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER card is the ASUS ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER OC Edition. In OC mode, the card has an advertised GPU Boost Clock speed of 1815 MHz, which is 90 MHz more than of the reference card. The comes with a pretty good cooler that uses an aluminum heatsink with two direct contact heatpipes with the GPU and dual Axial-tech Fans with connected fan blades that improve cooling performance and reduce noise. Also, the 0dB Technology on this card provides semi-passive cooling where the fans do not spin when the GPU temperature is under 55 degrees Celsius and when this temperature threshold limit is crossed, they start automatically to keep the card’s temperature under control. Moreover, the Dual BIOS switch on this card lets you switch between Performance Mode (P Mode) and Quiet Mode (Q Mode), where quiet mode has a less aggressive fan curve than the performance one and ensures quieter operation.
The card features a metal backplate that provides rigidity and has RGB lighting on the shroud that supports Asus Aura Sync. Other additions include FanConnect II which features a 4-pin hybrid-controlled header for connecting an additional system fan (PWM controlled) in your case for delivering extra cooling performance. It is a 2.4 slot, which means it will block more than two PCIe slots on your motherboard, which may cause some concern for users with smaller motherboards, who want to take advantage of the third PCIe slot for an expansion card. Like other GTX 1650 SUPER cards, it also requires one 6-pin PCIe connector but offers more display output options that include two DisplayPort and two HDMI ports. You can tweak critical parameters like GPU core clocks, memory frequency, and voltage settings and monitor them using the ASUS GPU Tweak II utility that can be downloaded for free from the Asus’s official website. This is quite a feature-rich GTX 1650 SUPER card that costs only a little more than the base MSRP of a standard GTX 1650 SUPER.

Great post, thank you very much! QQ – is there enough of a performance difference between the slowest and fastest 1650 super, that you would notice in game play? (at 1080 or 1440)
No it is not.
Very helpful post thank you
What do you think about rx 580 asus rog strix is it better than 1650s msi gaming x?
Two cards with same price and i dont know which one should i choice
I would get the MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER GAMING X because GTX 1650 SUPER is better than RX 580 (https://graphicscardhub.com/gtx-1650-super-comparison/). Also, GTX 1650 SUPER has better Video Encoder (Turing NVENC) and drivers than AMD cards.
Thank you for your fast answer
What about rx 590 xfx fatboy its 10$ more expensive than gtx1650s
interested 1080p gaming
Other specs:
r5 2600
msi b450 a-pro max
g. skill ripjaws 3200 c16
I still recommend GTX 1650 SUPER for 1080p gaming because of its lower consumption and better drivers. RX 590 is around 8% to 10% faster than RX 580 but has higher power consumption. For 1080p gaming only, I think GTX 1650 SUPER is a better choice.
I am currently looking at two different 1650 super GPU.
1. MSI 1650 Super Ventus XS OC ($159.99)
2. Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 Super Windforce OC ($169.99)
Which one do you think is better option?
I would say Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 Super Windforce OC because of better cooler and it is quieter too.
Thank you for your quick reply.
Does backplate makes any difference in gpu?
Not really in budget and smaller cards but in longer cards with big heatsinks, it does help in providing strength to the PCB and also protects it.
Hello dear Akshat : )
I’m looking for a GTX 1650 Super to fit in Zotac Amp Box Mini enclosure.
It has to be max 200mm.
So either a Zotac Super Twin Fan or MSI Super Aero ITX OC
Any recommendation?
Cheers
I would go with the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER Twin Fan.
Hello dear Akshat:
With an Intel Core i5 8600@3.10ghz up to 4.3.with 16gb ram and Gigabyte Z370 HD3-CF,which one of these two cards do you think is better option to play at 1080p 60hz or 144hz with my current pc build:
1.)MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER GAMING X or
2.)Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER WINDFORCE OC.
I’m looking forward hearing from you.
I would pick MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER GAMING X because of better cooler and more output ports.
Thank you for your advice. This one i’l pick.I hope will be a good choice for my pc build.Thank you.
Hi I would like some advice. There is a good price
MANLI GTX 1650 SUPER 4GB GDDR6. I don’t know the manli what do you think?
Well, MANALI is not a popular but a legit brand. If you are getting a great deal on it then go on.
Is the INNO3D gtx 1650 super good?
Yes it is a pretty good card for the price.
Is INNO3D a trusted company?
Yes it is quite an old and trusted company.
Very helpful post. I want to buy gtx 1650 super to put into mobo asus h81m-c. Which one would u recomend for compact case?
I would recommend ZOTAC GAMING GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER Twin Fan.
Hi how good is the Asus tuf gtx 1650 super
Not the best but decent card for the price.
If a msi Radeon rd 580 armour oc was similar in price (my situation) to the msi gaming 1650. What would be best
RX 580 is about 35% (on average) more powerful than GTX 1650 and requires a good 500W PSU for its working. So, if you already have a good powerful supply then go with the RX 580.
Apologies, I meant 570. I can save $100 by going with a 570 instead of 1650 super gaming. Mainly will be playing steam games.
Almost same thing with the RX 570. It is around 20% faster and requires a good 450W PSU. https://graphicscardhub.com/gtx-1650-vs-rx-570-vs-gtx-1050-vs-gtx-1050-ti/
Hi there,
I’m currently looking at purchasing either the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER WINDFORCE OC, or the ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce GTX 1650 Super OC. Same price, and plenty of room in the case.
I’m torn between the higher boost clock of the asus, and the better cooling of the gigabyte.
Can I get your opinion on which card to purchase please?
I suggest Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER WINDFORCE OC because of better cooler. The difference in the performance would be negligible and you can overclock it to asus level anytime.
That makes sense, thank you so much.
I have three choices, which one do you think is the best?
1. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1524554-REG/asus_tuf_gtx1650s_o4g_gaming_tuf_gaming_geforce_gtx.html
2. https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Gaming-GTX-1650-Super/dp/B081R2KRCZ/
3.https://www.newegg.com/evga-geforce-gtx-1650-super-04g-p4-1357-kr/p/N82E16814487482
The best would be MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1650 Super
If you can pick any of the card versions of the 1650 Super which one would you pick?
Also here are my future components, do you think there would be any problems building or using it?
(ex. Power Supply not being good/powerful enough?, any “bottlenecking” regards to the components?, and which ever you think the best GPU is i’ll be using that one.)
Motherboard- ASRock B450 PRO4-F
CPU- Ryzen 5 1600 6-Core, 12-Thread Unlocked with Wraith Stealth Cooler
Memory- G.Skill Aegis 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16
Storage- Silicon Power Ace A55 2.5″ 256GB SATA III 3D TLC Internal
Power Supply- EVGA 550 N1, 550W, 2 Year Warranty, Power Supply 100-N1-0550-L1
Graphics Card- (you decide)
My pick would be MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER GAMING X. I would also like to suggest you add another 8GB RAM for better performance in games.
Thank you!! any other concerns you notice?
Not really but I would certainly get a good budget CPU cooler. I recommend ID-COOLING SE-224-XT Basic CPU Cooler. Check https://graphicscardhub.com/budget-cpu-cooler/
Alright thx again!!
hello there,
im planning build pc for my son.. 1 have two choices, which one do you think is the best ? ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4GB GDDR6 (https://www.amazon.com/ZOTAC-GeForce-128-Bit-Graphics-Zt-T16510F-10L/dp/B07ZKSZ5LF) or INNO3D – GEFORCE GTX 1650 SUPER TWIN X2 OC (https://www.amazon.in/GTX-1650-Super-Twin-X2/dp/B0821RDH8G) Any recommendation?
Go with the INNO3D – GEFORCE GTX 1650 SUPER TWIN X2 OC as it has a better cooler and also it may cost you cheaper too.
very much thank you sir !
Brother I would like to know how you rank this cards
1. Msi gaming x GTX 1650 super
2. Asus tuf GTX 1650 super
3.msi ventus GTX 1650 super
4. Zotac twin fan GTX 1650 super
according to cooling and performance
And bro , im Having i3 7100 cpu will it bottleneck a lot with GTX 1650 super if I Play any AAA title in 1080p , ? And I am planning to buy i7 after 2 years , until then will my cpu manage to cope up with this card ?
Msi gaming x GTX 1650 super has the best cooling and performance. Next is msi ventus GTX 1650 super, Asus tuf GTX 1650 super and then Zotac twin fan GTX 1650 super. When it comes to performance then you won’t notice a big difference between them. Your CPU will bottleneck the GTX 1650 SUPER in modern and latest AAA games. Well, if you planning to upgrade to a better processor in near future then it is a wise decision to have a good graphics card.
Many thanks for your reply, I just wanted to know that will I atleast get 30+ fps in any modern AAA games at 900p at med-high settings in GTX 1650 super? I have 8gigs of ddr4 ram and i3 7100.
I think you can get above 30 FPS in most AAA titles but your card’s performance will be limited by your CPU and having less amount of RAM.
what do you think about this brand is it any good?
Colorful is a Chinese brand and is quite reputed.
I want a good graphics card for valorant budget
What is your budget?
20000
I suggest GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER.
but which brand gigabyte, galax etc.
Galax one will be cheaper but has limited service centers while Gigabyte has better support. I would go with the Galax, the cheaper one.
Which brand Should I get ?
The gigabyte 1650 super or the zotac 1650 super
I would suggest Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER WINDFORCE OC 4G
But the zotac have a 5 year warranty ?
Both have 3 years warranty but Zotac one gives you 2 years extended warranty. The Gigabyte one has better cooling and support that is why I recommend it.
Hey. Can you rate this pc assembly, maybe offer better components for the same price. thank you in advance
•cpu – amd ryzen 5 2600
•motherboard – gigabyte b450m 2mh
•gpu- palit GeForce GTX 1650 Super?
•Cooler – id-cooling se-213v2

•RAM- crucial ddr4-3000 pc4-24000 (8gb x2)
•Energy Power – xilence performance a+ 530w
•Case- aerocool aero one mini frost… v1
For CPU Cooler, I would suggest ID-COOLING SE-224-XT Basic. Other components are fine.
thanks!
Hi! I’d like to ask if which one is better
zotac gtx 1650 super twin fan or msi gtx 1650 super ventus?
MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER VENTUS is better because of the better cooler.
Thank you very much!
Which GTX 1650 Super will be best fitted with an i5-7400? Gigabyte Windforce OC , ZOTAC Twin Fan, or MSI VENTUS OC?
What PC Case do you have?
It’s a prebuilt asus g11cd case. Basic mid tower size case.
And also, would the i5 7400 paired with the 1650 SUPER be bottlenecked?
Yes you will face some bottleneck with CPU intensive AAA games.
I suggest Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER WINDFORCE OC 4G
Do you suggest me getting the regular GTX 1650? Or should i upgrade my PSU and get an RX 570? Also, many thanks for your response.
Get the GTX 1650 SUPER only.
One more thing I would like to add ,Zotac offers 3+2 yrs warranty in addition. After you buy you have to register on zontac official site(For extended warranty).Thats why you should choose Zotac if you are looking for 1650S.
Hey!
Is it okay to go for 1650 super for this build and which brand u would suggest for me? So i got hp pre built pc..
Specs.
Cpu – i5 9400f
Gpu – geforce gtx 1650
Power supply – 310watt +80 gold
Ssd – 512 m.2
Ram – ddr4-2666 (2x8gb)
Yes but I would suggest you to upgrade your power supply to 450W.
Hey, thank you for your answer!
Is the power supply upgrade must to do. I asked from the shop where I did buy my computer. They said I can put gtx 1650 super in it? but not gtx 1660 or 1660 super because it uses too much power? Can I trust that without my system run out of power?
Well it is not a must thing to do if you have a good 310W PSU. Yes with GTX 1660 and higher you have to go with a 450W PSU.
Also what u would recommend of those models if I want model which is most quiet and have best performance?
MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER GAMING X is the best in terms of performance and quiet operation. The best value and all-rounder would be Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER WINDFORCE OC 4G.
what do you think between 1650 super msi ventus and amd rx 5500 xt msi ventus ? Both of them in my city has same price
Go with the GTX 1650 SUPER because it performs better, has lower power consumption and Nvidia generally provides better drivers and support. You can check the comparison at https://graphicscardhub.com/rx-5500-xt-vs-gtx-1650-super-vs-rx-580-vs-gtx-1660/
I have these choices of gtx 1650 super to buy available in my country
1. Zotac gtx 1650 super (OC and non OC) Twin fan 4gb
2. Gigabyte gtx 1650 super windforce and the Small OC type as well
3. Asus gtx 1650 super Pheonix OC / gtx 1650 super TUF OC and a super expensive Rog gtx1650 super Strix
I have a intel core i5 9400 which i think is fine for this card and a Corsair Rmx 550w gold Psu
(I would also like to know which of these are the coolest on heavy load/gaming because its pretty hot in my country)
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER WINDFORCE OC 4G will run cooler than others.
Is the performance a lot different than the others?
No, it will be more or less the same.
Thank you i will buy it when prices gets even lower. Hope you can help more peeps
1. ASUS ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER Advanced Edition
2. MSI 1650 super gaming x
Both of them are the same price here. And I just want to get as quiet as possible, so if I only care about quietness (maybe a bit temperature, but it can be ignored).
I am wondering which one will be the most quiet one.
Thank you!
MSI GTX 1650 Super Gaming X is the quietest GTX 1650 SUPER. Also, it runs very cool.
Thank you so much!
Sorry, one more question.
I saw there is a MSI 1650 super Gaming (without X) on the market,
the customer support of MSI told me the only difference between Gaming and Gaming X is factory overclock.
Will 1650 super Gaming less noise or temperature than Gaming X due to its clock lower?
Thank you.
Yes marginally.
What’s the difference between MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER GAMING and MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER GAMING X?
GPU Boost Clock speed. The GAMING X is an overclocked edition with slightly higher GPU Boost clock of 1755 MHz.
is galax gtx 1650 super good for gaming
Well, it is good enough for 1080p gaming and can run the majority of the games on high graphics settings while delivering good FPS.
