Intel Arc B570 is the second card in the Intel Arc B series of graphics cards. Intel Arc B570 is a slimmed-down or cut-down version of the Intel Arc B580 and is around 14 percent slower than Arc B580. Intel Arc B570 is a budget mainstream graphics card for 1080p gaming for users on tight budgets. The card is priced competitively, and its competitors are the GeForce RTX 4060 from Nvidia and the Radeon RX 7600 from AMD. On average, Arc B570 is around 6 percent slower than RTX 4060 and 5 percent faster than RX 7600 in gaming.
Intel Arc B570 is based on the Xe2 architecture codenamed “Battlemage.” It uses the BMG-G21 GPU chip and is built on the 5nm manufacturing process. The card has 18 Xe2 Cores (128 execution units per core translating to 2304 Unified Shaders), 18 Ray Tracing Units, and 144 XMX matrix accelerators for AI processing. The card comes with 10GB GDDR6 memory with a 160-bit interface. The memory runs at a speed of 19 Gbps and delivers a bandwidth of 380 GB/s.
The card supports DirectX 12 Ultimate, OpenGL 4.6, and Vulkan, variable refresh rate technologies (G-Sync/FreeSync), PCI Express 4.0 (x8), Real-Time Ray Tracing, HDMI 2.1a, DisplayPort 2.1, hardware H.264/H.265/VP9/AV1 encoding/decoding, XeSS Super Resolution (XeSS-SR) image upscaling technology, Intel Xe Low Latency technology (XeLL), Intel Xe Frame Generation technology (XeFG). The maximum power consumption of the card is 150W, and it requires 450W or higher wattage PSU. There is no OEM or reference model for the Intel Arc B570 card, and only custom models are available from AIB partners. Below are some of the best-value Intel Arc B570 models that are pretty compact.
SPARKLE Intel Arc B570 GUARDIAN OC
[Stunning Looks, Runs Cool and Quiet, Solid Build Quality, Compact Design, High Factory Overclocked]
SPARKLE Intel Arc B570 GUARDIAN OC is the best Arc B570 graphics card and is also quite compact. It is an overclocked edition card having a GPU Clock of 2660 MHz, 160 MHz more than the reference design. The card looks sparkling beautiful and has a blue theme and a blue breathing light. The card uses TORN Cooling 2.0 with double customized AXL fans and aluminum fins heatsink with four copper heatpipes for cooling. The card runs very cool and is also on the quieter side. The card also employs semi-passive cooling functionality for super silent operation at low GPU loads/temperatures.
The card is 242mm in length and has a 2.2-slot design. A metal backplate with a cutout (for airflow) protects the card and gives it rigidity. The maximum power consumption rating of the card is 170W, which is 20W higher than the reference specs or design. The card uses one 8-pin PCIe connector and a 600W PSU for power. Display connectivity options include one HDMI 2.1a port and three DisplayPort 2.1 ports.
